If you do it again, check to see if maybe there's a button for it after transporting.
How it became occupied doesn't matter, provided it was already occupied at the start of your turn, per the rules.

It's not a bug, it happened because there are no more human in supply.
So it just skipped the bonus directly.

Retitled this in hopes that it will help someone else who encounters a similar situation later.

- Το F5 έλυσε το πρόβλημα;
