This is the same as bug report 136229. I used a card (I think 54) to do a Study action then paid 3 coins to place an additional book. That worked fine but it unlocked a Master card and I played Nicolaus Copernicus. The study board highlights all the legal spaces but when I try to click on one the only thing that happens is the blue highlight on that space disappears. All other spaces are highlighted blue still but when I try and click on that it says the action is not allowed.
