Ιστορικό αναφορών
First player always banked the 2nd player's roll so the ghost roll could not be picked, and the second player always picked the ghost roll so the 1st player's roll could not be picked.
Source from the rules (under "4th > Passing the dice to the next player"):
"You may only bank 1 resource in between your turns, either from your opponent's roll, or the ghost roll, never both!"
