Once the [red]shooter[/red] has moved, the same rule applies for firing: A [blue]stone[/blue] may be fired from the moved shooter in any direction. It may land on any space in that direction provided it is not blocked by another game piece.

Once surrounded, a [red]shooter[/red] is captured by whomever has the largest contiguous block of stones orthogonally adjacent to it.

apollo1001The [red]shooter[/red] on D6 is orthogonally adjacent to two black 'groups' of [blue]stones[/blue], of 4 and 2 [blue]stones[/blue] respectively.
Black has the largest orthogonal group, so captures the [red]shooter[/red] (as signified by it's [blue]stone[/blue] being placed on top of the [red]shooter[/red]).

apollo1001Once captured, a [red]shooter[/red] is trapped underneath a [blue]stone[/blue] and thus cannot make further moves, nor shoot [blue]stones[/blue].
In case it comes up in your games, the [blue]stone[/blue] placed on the [red]shooter[/red] does NOT join the two black groups.
